We hired Total Home Construction to replace our siding, roof, soffits, and gutters, and it was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. In our initial consultation with George, we were given a step by step breakdown of what to expect, complete with detailed information and pictures to illustrate the entire process. George continued to be a daily presence throughout the project, always available to answer our questions or address our concerns as things moved along. Every member of the Total Home Construction team… from George, to the office staff, to the crew that worked on our house, was skilled, polite, accommodating, and genuinely wanted us to love the finished product. This company shows an unusually high attention to detail, pride in their work, and cares about maintaining an excellent working relationship with their clients. Paul and his team of pros handle everything from beginning to end. Upon the first meeting, we know he had experience, not just quoting the job, but knowing what needed to be done, giving the best suggestions and showing us his products high quality and then ultimately executing the job exceeding our expectations. Mike V made the whole process quick and easy. We went into it completely overwhelmed but he reviewed our options with us in detail, gave his professional opinion, listened to our vision, and made it all come to life. Each little detail was outlined in the contract which he reviewed with us before signing. We needed a whole new roof, gutters, front & side doors, storm doors, and completely new door frames with stone footers, as well as front & side stoops and railings. We were amazed at how quickly it was started and completed after the contract was signed. Mike was always accessible and answered any questions we had throughout the process. Highly recommend Mike and Total Home Construction for any home improvement needs you have.
