I had Total Home replace my roof and also install new copper flashing around my chimney. From beginning to end, Paul and the team were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Mike V made the whole process quick and easy. We went into it completely overwhelmed but he reviewed our options with us in detail, gave his professional opinion, listened to our vision, and made it all come to life. Each little detail was outlined in the contract which he reviewed with us before signing. We needed a whole new roof, gutters, front & side doors, storm doors, and completely new door frames with stone footers, as well as front & side stoops and railings. We were amazed at how quickly it was started and completed after the contract was signed. Mike was always accessible and answered any questions we had throughout the process. Homeowners faces with big decisions that sometimes becomes headache, and more when deciding to make big costly improvements to their homes. After meeting with a few companies that claimed there were the best, I meet Mike, from Total Home Construction, who come to my home to give me an estimate. In his presentation, he did not wasted the time to talk about other companies, he talk about Total Home Construction and the work they do. He explained to me the process of replacing the whole siding in my home, the type of material the use for this type of work, the warranty of the materials they use (which is warrant for life), and they warranty of their installation which is one of the best out there. Their prices are not the cheapest, but in my opinion are very reasonable. He came by the property during and after the job was finished just to check that all was good. Also Kudos for the crew members: very professional, clean, and meticulous. They fixed everything that they found wrong, and they did a marvelous job. For these reasons, I would like to recommend Total Home Construction for all your home needs.
